This editorial examines the digital divide in rehabilitation services in Pakistan, highlighting technology’s potential to enhance access, efficiency, and outcomes, alongside persistent barriers. Limited infrastructure, cost, digital literacy, and policy gaps constrain equitable adoption, risking widened disparities. Strategic investment, training, and context-specific digital health solutions are essential for national healthcare.
