Withdrawal Policy
Manuscript Withdrawal
Authors may request withdrawal of their manuscript at any point during the editorial or peer-review process.
A withdrawal request must be submitted formally via email.
The manuscript is considered officially withdrawn only after the editorial office issues a formal confirmation letter.
Ethical Considerations
Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to multiple journals is unethical.
Submitting a manuscript elsewhere before receiving formal withdrawal confirmation from AMRJ may be treated as an ethical violation.
Author Rights After Withdrawal
Since authors retain copyright under CC BY-NC 4.0, they may reuse or submit their withdrawn manuscript to another journal only after receiving written confirmation of withdrawal, ensuring there is no duplicate submission during AMRJ’s editorial process.
